What we collect

We only collect what you type into the estimate request form on this site: your name, phone number, optional email address, the town your property is in, the service you need and any job details you choose to add.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not build profiles of visitors. Basic, aggregated traffic analytics tell us which pages get read; they do not identify you.

How we use it

• To call or email you back about the estimate you requested
• To schedule the site visit and the work itself
• To keep a record of the quote we gave you and the job we carried out
• To contact you about seasonal work you have previously asked about, such as snow plowing or fall gutter clearing

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details to anyone. We do not pass your information to lead-generation brokers or marketing lists. If a third party contacts you claiming to represent us, it did not come from this website.

Who else sees it

Only the crew members who need it to quote or complete your job. Where a claim involves your insurer, we share job photographs and documentation with you, and it is your choice whether to pass those on.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests that do not turn into work are removed once the quote has clearly lapsed. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as our insurance and tax obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Phone or email us using the details below and we will handle it directly — there is no form to fill in.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised policy applies.
